Dear Members,
Be advised that members that choose to store their items with the Co-op during construction are assuming liability for any damage to those items. Members who have requested assistance with moving their plants and furniture can rest assured that maintenance will treat their items with care, however they and the Co-op will not be responsible for potential damage to those items in moving or during storage. Use the Co-op’s temporary storage spaces (the ramp cage for furniture and the rooftop for plants) during construction is conditional on accepting these terms.
