Notice: Woodsworth Podium Deck Work

Please be advised that work on the podium deck project will commence on August 25th, 2025, at 8AM and will be ongoing until December 2025. The work will take place along the back of Wilton St. units at the ground level, and along the breezeway going out towards Albert Franck. For now, the work is expected to continue during weekdays only.

Be aware that construction will cause significant noise, vibration, dust, and odour.

The construction area will be off-limits to all members and residents during this time. This is for your safety and the safety of others. The front entrance will always be accessible during construction, though specific access pathways for residents will be created as necessary.

There will be an upcoming member’s forum with the contractor, project manager and Management to discuss the project and answer member’s questions and concerns. As this is a time sensitive project, the work will need to start on the mentioned date.
