Transportation – Neighbourhood buses and streetcars
Bus 75 Northbound (Sherbourne) to Sherbourne subway station. The closest stop is Frederick and the Esplanade.

121 Esplanade – River to Broadview
Less frequent service (about 3-4 times per hour) but it goes west to Union Station and east to Lawren Harris Square, River and Dundas and Bridgepoint Active Healthcare. Bridgepoint is the turn-around spot.

The 504 King streetcar operates between Dundas West and Broadview. The closest stop is at Jarvis and King.
114 Queens Quay East operates between 1 Front Street W (Union Station) to Commissioners / Carlaw Ave and Lakeshore Garage. Stop at Lower Jarvis and Queens Quay going east along Cherry Street to Commissioners St at Munition St and Biidaasige Park.

George Brown College Health Sciences has a community program WAVE Clinics that offers dental, hearing tests, fitness programs and other health services. They are located just south of Woodsworth at Sherbourne and the lake.
Urgent Care – Urgent Care Centres provide services for injuries and illnesses, such as infections, earaches, eye injuries, sprains, broken bones and minor burns to patients on a walk-in basis. Urgent Care Centres also have access to diagnostic equipment and/or laboratory facilities on an immediate basis.

Dixon Hall Not-for-profit organization that is inclusive and responsive to the needs of seniors and adults living with disabilities or illness by providing programs and services to promote healthy and independent living.
VHA Home HealthCare – a service providing extreme cleaning and a volunteer support hoarding program. Free for eligible people living in Toronto. Call 416-489-2500 ext. 4192 You can purchase Extreme Cleaning for help with one-time heavy-duty cleaning. Funding may be available for this service. City of Toronto criteria for funding: People who are vulnerable, low income tenants under threat of eviction due to the unsanitary condition of their home.
