3-1-1 City of Toronto Non-Emergency Telephone Number
Use the 311 telephone number for non-emergency City services and information.

2-1-1 is the phone number for social services in Toronto including child care, community legal services, home support, low-income housing, employment, community services and programs, etc. Telephone 211 or search online.

8-1-1 is the phone number for medical and health advice. This is not for emergencies.
 It is the new name for Tele-Health.
