Conflict, problems and mediation
Help solving problems with your neighbours. How to report problems. The Conflict Mediation Committee offers help. If your conflict involves a prohibited ground of discrimination in the Ontario Human Rights Code, contact Management or the Board.
Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee Policy (EDI)
A committee takes the lead on promoting a culture of respect and fairness within Woodsworth by ensuring all members feel valued, respected, and heard.
Human rights
Human rights bylaw. Woodsworth Co-op is legally obliged to deal with situations that it becomes aware of whether or not there is a specific complaint, but where there are reasonable grounds to believe a breach of the By-law has occurred.
