Woodsworth has updated several bylaws in the last few years: the Housing Charge Subsidy bylaw in 2019, Occupancy Bylaw in 2019, the Organizational Bylaw and the Membership Bylaw in 2023. Additionally, the Emergency Housing Charge Assistance Policy was approved in 2021,
Bylaws have been approved by a 2/3 majority of members present at a General Members’ Meeting. Policies have been approved by a simple majority of members present at a General Members’ Meeting, except those labeled as approved by the Board.

Management:
