Woodsworth signed a new subsidy agreement with CMHC on June 1, 2017. Our
own out-of-date Subsidy Bylaw was repealed at a GMM on Sept 25, 2017.The members cannot amend the bulk of this bylaw because it is drawn directly
from the agreement with CMHC. All the attachments are copied from the subsidy
agreement that the co-op signed in June 2017.
Approved by the Board of Directors, May 29, 2019 and confirmed by members on June 26, 2019 by a 2/3 majority.
