Update about the AGM and elections
From the Elections Committee (Dec 9, 2025)
We are happy to report that 1/3 of Woodsworth has voted so far! If you received an email with the voting link, you can still vote – please check your spam and junk folders in case it ended up there. The Voting Link was first emailed to members on Friday November 21st.
We will be sending a last email alert to those people for whom we had inaccurate email addresses (typos and whatever).
We are also adding two more Voting Kiosk times:
- Sunday December 14th from 1PM to 3PM, and
- Monday December 15th from 2PM to 4PM.
The Voting Kiosk is located in the 2nd floor Office level on these days.
Lastly, members will have a final chance for voting in-person at the AGM from 6:30PM until 8PM on Tuesday December 16th in the penthouse.
Online voting on your own device:
Members can also vote using the voting link until 8pm on Tuesday December 16th. The email link will be open until 8pm for those who prefer to vote on their own device.
Results will be announced the following day.
Advance Voting Starts! Fri Nov 21st
Members will be voting electronically only.
Management will send out the voting email at noon on Friday, November 21st
Voting Kiosk :
For members who don’t own a computer, laptop or smartphone, advance voting will take place at the VOTING KIOSK.
The kiosk will be set up on the second floor, in the outer office on:
– Friday November 21st at 1-3pm and 5-7pm
– Saturday November 22nd at 2-4pm
– Sunday November 23rd at 2-4pm
– Monday November 24th at 6-8pm
– Sunday December 14th from 1pm to 3pm
– Monday December 15th from 2pm to 4pm
LAST DAY for the voting kiosk – from 6:30 – 8pm in the Penthouse during the AGM on Tuesday December 16, 2025.
It’s time to step up for our co-op!
The Board has set the date of the AGM & Elections for Thursday November 27. Nominations for the sixteen (16) available positions opened on Monday September 8.
The sixteen positions to be filled at the 2025 elections are:
Three (3) positions each for Board of Directors, Conflict Mediation Committee
Four (4) positions for the Membership Committee – one is for 1 year only.
Two (2) positions for Co-op Housing Federation of Canada (CHFC)
One (1) position each for Equity Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Chair, Directory Chair, Editorial Chair, Social Chair, St. Lawrence Neighbourhood Association (SLNA) representative
