IMPORTANT- Our collective future – 5 Year Capital Plan Forum

The Finance Committee will be hosting a hybrid meeting on Thursday February 13th at 7pm in the Penthouse and on Zoom. 

As you know, the finance committee and Homestarts have been laser focused on the BCA  (Building Condition Assessment) and the 5-Year capital plan. This meeting will be to share the results of the planning process and potential impacts to Woodsworth’s building infrastructure, finances, and the membership.

The Green Energy Committee will attend this meeting to share information on potential funding opportunities for Woodsworth.

Please make every effort to attend this important meeting, as it is crucial we reach a shared understanding of our financial picture so that we can move forward collectively and with awareness.

The BCA is  available on Woodsworth’s website, or a Paper Copy can be borrowed from the office.

The office will send out the Zoom meeting links for those who wish to attend virtually. Watch your email.

Committee expense form

For committees:

This form (updated in July 2024) is for submitting receipts for reimbursement of budgeted money spent by a committee. A committee may also make a request for an advance on committee budgets, especially if the goods or services is payable in cash.

Please download the form, print and fill it out and then return to the office with receipts.
