Woodsworth members, here’s how to make a reservation for the penthouse room using the Calendly website.
The rooftop patio cannot be reserved. It is a common area for all Co-op members and is not available for private bookings, either during events or at any other time.
The Penthouse Room may be used casually as a drop-in space without making a reservation.
Management is responsible for administering reservations. Please follow up directly with Management regarding booking requests and requirements.
Reservations may be made online, by email, by telephone, or in person. However, for private events, the required damage deposit and signed Reservation Form must be received before the reservation can be confirmed.

For Co-op events, this completes the reservation process. No fee or damage deposit is required.

No rental fee is charged. However, a damage deposit, as specified in the Member Schedule of Fees, is required for Member Private Events. A Reservation Form and Booking Agreement must also be completed.
Please refer to the Penthouse Use Policy for additional details.

Just a note to let you know that the Penthouse has re-opened to members. Installation of new sliding doors and windows has been completed a few days ahead of schedule, and now Woodsworth’s official Cooling Station is more energy efficient than before.
The temporary cooling station in the 2nd floor common space has been decommissioned.
Thank you for your patience while improvements to the Penthouse were completed.
Stay cool,
