Board of Directors and Liaisons, Dec 2021 – fall AGM 2022

At the first Board meeting on December 7, 2021, this was agreed:

President and Privacy Officer (PIPEDA) – Bob Allan
Vice President – Dean Geddes
Corporate Secretary – Carol Pasten
Treasurer – Richard West
Property Management Liaison – Shawne Macdonald
Director – Linda Garande
Director – Aaron Lenk

Board liaisons to committees and to property management

The Board of Directors has appointed liaisons to help facilitate communication with committees.
They are as follows:

Finance – Richard West
Editorial – Carol Pasten
S4S – Shawne Macdonald
Landscape – Linda Garande
Block Reps – Bob Allan
Bylaw – Carol Pasten
Oncall – Shawne Macdonald
Elections – Carol Pasten

Liaison to the property manager (PML) –  Shawne Macdonald.

New elections will be held for the Membership and Reconciliation Committees, and the liaisons are:

Membership – Aaron Lenk
Reconciliation – Bob Allan

The Maintenance Committee remains suspended for the time being but we hope it will be up and running in the coming months.
