Final Day of Voting at the AGM

WHAT: 2025 Woodsworth Elections
WHEN: Tuesday, December 16 at 6:30-8pm
WHERE: Penthouse
The AGM starts at 7pm but the Voting Kiosk will be available from 6:30 to 8pm for members who haven’t voted yet. The email link will also be open until 8pm for those who prefer to vote on their own device.
Remember, your vote is your voice!

We are happy to report that 1/3 of Woodsworth has voted so far! If you received an email with the voting link, you can still vote – please check your spam and junk folders in case it ended up there. The Voting Link was first emailed to members on Friday November 21st.
We will be sending a last email alert to those people for whom we had inaccurate email addresses (typos and whatever).
We are also adding two more Voting Kiosk times
The Voting Kiosk is located in the 2nd floor Office level.
Lastly, members will have a final chance for voting in-person at the AGM
– from 6:30PM until 8PM on Tuesday December 16th in the penthouse.
Members can also vote using the voting link on their own electronic devices until 8pm on Tuesday December 16th.

Annual General Meeting (AGM) is at 7pm on Tuesday December 16th. Hybrid meeting – in-person in the Penthouse and online with Zoom.
Here is the timetable for voting in the co-op elections. All members can vote.
Fri Nov 7 — Nominations Close
The nomination profiles for candidates will be in the Weekly the weekend of November 16.
Fri Nov 21 — Advance Voting Starts!
Management will send out the voting email at noon on Friday, November 21.
Voting kiosk
The Voting Kiosk is located in the 2nd floor Office level.
The Voting Kiosk, for members who don’t own a computer, tablet, or smartphone, will be available on the 2nd floor on the following days:
Fri Nov 21 at 6-8pm
Sat Nov 22 at 2-4pm
Sun Nov 23 at 2-4pm
Mon Nov 24 at 6-8pm
AND:
Sunday December 14th from 1PM to 3PM, and
Monday December 15th from 2PM to 4PM.
AGM – Members will have a final chance for voting in-person at the AGM from 6:30PM until 8PM on Tuesday December 16th in the penthouse.
Members can also vote on their own devices using the link sent to them until 8pm on Tuesday December 16 during the AGM.
