An Information Session will be held at the Woodsworth Penthouse for Woodsworth long-term guests and returning members.<\/strong><\/h5>\n
Saturday, October 24th<\/sup>, 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Attending an Information Session is required for returning member candidates,\u00a0 <\/span>Turning 16s, or long-term guests to become an official member.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Membership secures rights of residency and participation in Woodsworth Co-Op events like General Members\u2019 Meetings and Annual Members\u2019 Meetings.<\/strong><\/p>\n

You will need to sign in and show:<\/strong><\/h5>\n

\u00b7 Proof of Long-Term Guest status (e.g. Long-Term Guest Agreement, Letter from Office or Board confirming LTG status).\u00a0 <\/span>Please note: If you need to obtain this documentation from the office, kindly do so by prior to October 16<\/i>th<\/sup><\/i>.<\/i>\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0Show 2 pieces of ID: One needs to be valid & current photo ID (such as a\u00a0driver\u2019s license, Ontario Photo Card,\u00a0passport, permanent resident card<\/i>);<\/p>\n

The Second piece is proof of Woodsworth residency that shows your current address (e.g.\u00a0original,<\/i>\u00a0mailed utility bill, monthly mailed bank account statements for savings or chequing accounts, pay stubs, insurance\u00a0policy, Ontario motor vehicle ownership, your most recent income tax Notice of Assessment<\/i>). Please check the Membership Bylaw on the website for more details.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Late arrivals or those without proper documentation will not <\/i>be admitted to the information session, or be eligible for an interview to become a member.<\/p>\n
