Instead, it will be managed by Circular Materials, as required under a new Provincial regulation.<\/p>\n<p>Green bin (organics) and garbage are still be picked up by the City of Toronto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why is this changing?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Under Ontario\u2019s new rules, producers of recyclable materials are now fully responsible for collecting and managing recycling.
