The Board of Directors and a list of active Woodsworth committees.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Committees report to the Board of Directors. The Board usually assigns a director as Board liaison for each committee. The Organizational Bylaw Article 17 governs committees overall. Some committees have bylaws or policies that direct them.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Board of Directors:<\/strong>
\nPurpose: Operates under the co-op bylaws and the Ontario Co-op Act. All directors are elected by the membership to serve a 2-year term. See Board of Directors: key tasks and responsibilities<\/a>

Bylaw Committee<\/strong><\/p>\n
