Penthouse Policy:
It has come to our attention that members are using the penthouse on the weekends during extended hours. We would like to remind our members of the penthouse hours of use:
9:00 am to 11:00 pm Sunday to Thursday
9:00 am to 1:00 pm Friday and Saturday
Please keep in mind that the penthouse has a limit of 5 persons at a time and all members and/or visitors must wear a mask inside the building, common areas, elevators, laundry room and the penthouse.
